MY STORY
My name is Lara Díaz and I have always been interested in knowing how the human mind works. That is why I studied psychology and did a master's degree in neuropsychology.
When my daughter was born and the nights got complicated, I realized how little I knew about her sleep. After gathering information and understanding how babies' sleep was like and making some changes in our day to day everything improved.
Having nights of rest again made me see the importance of understanding sleep during childhoood so I decided to study at the Center for Children's Sleep Studies
(CESI) to become a certified sleep consultant and help other families.
My goal is to offer information and solutions to families based on attachment theory, never leaving crying babies alone.
